Co-founded by sisters Capt. Lori Hall and Mary Ostien in 2009, Hooked on Hope, Inc. is a local non-profit organization serving breast cancer patients across all Tampa Bay Communities undergoing treatment. Funds are disbursed year-round to pay for rent, mortgage, food, and household essentials. The organization also partners with health providers and lymphedema programs to provide garments for patients who suffer from lymphedema
